Roles We Often Need
Positions
Two roles we commonly welcome applications for, so we can build a warm and reliable team by the river.
Guest Service Officer
Handles reception, reservations, guest communication, check-in/check-out, payment coordination, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments.
Suitable for applicants who are:
- Polite, calm, patient, and service-minded
- Well-groomed and presentable for front-desk service
- Comfortable speaking with guests in person, by phone, and online
- Soft-spoken, clear, and professional in communication
- Able to stay calm when handling complaints or stressful situations
- Able to use computers and reservation systems, or willing to learn
- Careful with guest information, bookings, payments, and room details
- Able to communicate in Thai; English communication is a strong advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused during working hours
- Able to limit personal phone use while on duty
- Non-smoking during working hours and able to work without alcohol or substance-related issues affecting duty
- Preferred age range: 23–43 years old
Housekeeper
Supports room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen preparation, breakfast preparation, breakfast service, and room readiness for guests.
Suitable for applicants who are:
- Clean, careful, and detail-oriented
- Physically ready for housekeeping and breakfast service work
- Able to work early morning shifts when assigned, including shifts starting around 05:00
- Flexible with working time depending on occupancy and breakfast schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
- Able to stay focused during working hours and limit personal phone use while on duty
- Non-smoking during working hours and able to work without alcohol or substance-related issues affecting duty
- Preferred age range: 25–50 years old
- Hotel housekeeping, kitchen, or breakfast service experience is a plus, but not always required

How to Apply
Applicants may apply in two ways.
Option 2
Walk in to apply
Applicants may walk in every day from 09:00 – 17:00 at Baantip Suantong Resort reception.
Note: For walk-in applicants, please dress politely and bring your application documents. Our team may ask a few basic questions or arrange a suitable interview time depending on staff availability.
Prepare for Your Interview
Before visiting us, please prepare to tell us about:
- The position you are interested in
- Your previous work experience, if any
- Your available working days and time
- Your expected salary or wage
- Why you are interested in working at Baantip
- For Guest Service Officer: your computer, reservation, payment, or English communication experience
- For Guest Service Officer: your experience handling guests, complaints, or stressful service situations
- For Housekeeper: your cleaning, housekeeping, kitchen, breakfast preparation, or breakfast service experience
- For Housekeeper: whether you are able to work early morning shifts starting around 05:00 when assigned
Documents to Prepare

- Copy of house registration
- Recent photo
- Education certificate, if available
- Previous employment certificate, if available
- Bank account details, if requested after hiring
- For non-Thai applicants: passport and valid work-permission documents, if applicable
